I did it!
I actually went to bed last night at 9:30, It really felt good to get a good nights sleep 2 nights in a row. Guess I will have to sleep a little late tomorrow because I am not making it to bed that early ...

More than 8
Last night I was in bed and asleep by 7:30 PM. I didn't wake up until 5AM. I usually on sleep 5 hours and use the weekends to catch up.

Slept 8 hours!!
I went to bed at 10:30 and slept until 6:30 it killed me to go to bed that early, especially since I had the day off today. I will have to be in bed by 9:30 tonight. We will see how it goes.

Great challenge!
This is a really good challenge. I always have a hard time getting a good nights sleep, so joining this group makes me feel more obligated to do so, which is what I need. :)
