I have not been using the FS website for several weeks and I have not made any progress. The good news is that I did not gain any weight whatsoever. The bad news is that i did not lose any weight either. I am happy that I maintained. I am starting anew, once again. I don't have any more excuses. There are no parties, no business travel, or any other things that might get in the way of sticking to a two week period of phase I for the SB diet. So today I start again with a plan for planning the food for the day, tracking what I eat, and tracking exercise.

I am back from a trip and reaffirming my committment today. I do not have any more travel scheduled for this year. This should help with sticking within my carb goal.

Hello, I am logging back on after a two week absence. I commit to journaling at least three to four times a week and sticking to the low carb approach I have turned to. I am starting the induction phase of South Beach. I have lost a little weight since joining Fat Secret but I need a quick boost to get more confidence.
