Try a NEW form of sport this week. it must be an olympic sport - 20 points for doing so, up to 3 times this week.
Two; Achieve a 4 or 5 in your personal tally everyday from now until the 16th. If you can HONESTLY tally your daily effort in your beach a 4 or 5, you will earn DOUBLE tally points this week. Starting this 8/12 - Just saw the notice.
Three; China is hosting the summer Olympics so TRY a NEW Chinese recipe you have not tried before. Either eat out or in, but it HAS TO BE SOMETHING NEW or DIFFERENT you have not tried before! Post about what you tried after trying it and earn an extra 10 points.

My goal today is sticking within the WW points. I know that I will be successful because I have to report back to Kenyetta tomorrow. In order to accomplish this I will right down everything BEFORE I eat it.

I vow to do better next week. This was a difficult week to do the 5 day follow the diet perfectly mini challenge since I was traveling. I need to find ways to stick to my diet when traveling and to do so I have to be better prepared, or at least find a store when I get to my destination and get some healthy foods.
