Yesterday went pretty well and I managed to get a 4. Planning the food for the day yesterday really helped to keep me focused. With just a tad more effort I could have gotten a five. So today I must strive for five because since I will be traveling tomorrow and over the weekend it will be really tough to exercise.

I am more conscience about what I eat, but still not getting within the WW point range of 25 to 27. Today I will plan the meals instead of just eating freely. My goal is to eat only what I have planned for the next two days. This should help me to get a five on both days before my out of town trip.
