Not a good day, pain levels were out the roof today. Didn't get a whole lot accomplished it seems, even though I was running from sun up till well after sun down. Nearly midnight and finally getting a rest. Definitely time to call this one a day.

Hey Girl, hope you felt better today. That must be so hard having the pain. Try to get some good rest tonight. I'm still looking for the things I told you about, should be able to ship Saturday....

Felt better after physical therapy today, they did the electrical impulse thing on my back with the heat and that helped a lot. She told me to forgo the exercises until my pain levels come down some. I see her again on Friday. No rush on the stuff we talked about, whenever is appreciated, thank you. :)
