42 years old. Hit 230 lbs in late 2009, and blood pressure was starting to climb. I had always promised myself that I would be in better shape at 40 than at any other age. I missed it by a couple years, but I'm on track now. I've lost about 45 lbs to date...mostly just by consuming less and burning more. I'm about to change up my routine...add some weight training to supplement my cardio (spinning 2-3 times/wk). I'd like to lose about 10 more, but it's really more about how I look in the mirrow and to my wife and kids. If I gain 5 lbs of muscle and look good, then I'll be happy to stay around 185.
