Great tips! Yea what the differences between yogurt, I think I do need probiotic drink (they expensive?) Lately pain not as before gallbladder those were hella sharp pains, but I can tell food lately is not agreeing with me & fast food just bad bad bad... even canned veggies would be better so think thats next step & fruitcups - getting frustrated

Bean-o - I need to try some myself, since Gallbladder surgery, don't feel as bloated & watching foods still but I know my enzymes are out of whack...
