My name is Serica, and Iam a happy fun loving person, who just wants to get her energy levels back up, and start feeling fit again! Iam Married to a wonderful, fun loving guy, who is very much supportive in my weightloss adventures, and Iam also a happy mommy to 2 wonderful little guys, who totally rock my world. 18 months apart they are, which I would never change for a second. but with that came on a lot of baby weight, that was on top of getting comfy in a relationship weight, on top of matabolizim slowing down weight... so... since the birth of my youngest, I have been on a quest to get healthy, first for myself, but also for my kids. over the last year, its been a bit of a rollar coaster of motivation, ups and downs, of starting and stopping again, I cant keep doing this back and forth thing... so, that is what brings me here. in search of accountability partners, which I dont really have hear. small town in canada, dosnt offer anything but on lookers! and motivation, and determined people to help me get going. I look forward to getting started, and accomlishing my goal here!

Congrats on your first day!!! pretty much what everyone said is correct, egg whites only, cooked any way with non fat spray... good luck!!
