My name is Nikita and I am a mother of five. I am a wife so I have a reason to lose this weight and become healthy for life. I am currently in college to get my BS in Health and Wellness to become a Wellness coach. I cant teach something that I never done myself. I have to finally get this right for good. Anybody can lose weight but the hard part is KEEPING it OFF! I know personally how it feels to lose and gain for ten years. The cycle has to stop and I am determined to find the solution to pass this information on to my clients. There is no perfect diet for everyone, we have to learn what is best for you, what fits best in your own life in a healthy manner. I love to learn a new perspective on health. So this is my story and I'm sticking to it! lol. My journey begins 02/14/2013 Valentines Day!
