My name is Nikita and I am a mother of five. I am a wife so I have a reason to lose this weight and become healthy for life. I am currently in college to get my BS in Health and Wellness to become a Wellness coach. I cant teach something that I never done myself. I have to finally get this right for good. Anybody can lose weight but the hard part is KEEPING it OFF! I know personally how it feels to lose and gain for ten years. The cycle has to stop and I am determined to find the solution to pass this information on to my clients. There is no perfect diet for everyone, we have to learn what is best for you, what fits best in your own life in a healthy manner. I love to learn a new perspective on health. So this is my story and I'm sticking to it! lol. My journey begins 02/14/2013 Valentines Day!

When do you record foods- before/during/after eating?
I record my breakfast and lunch either in the morning or the night before. Off of that I can see how many calories I can eat for dinner....depends also on how much I worked out! Don't want to go over or 700 under.

Thanks!! I will continue to drink and enjoy my coffee guilt free!! Everyone has been helpful. Is Starbucks open on Thanksgiving??? hahaha

I love coffee!!!!!
Please! I want different views on if the benefits of coffee outweigh the negatives. I quit drinking my one cup of starbucks (black) coffee, for six weeks. No change in appetite. No change in my energy level. So, I started back drinking my one cup. Oh how I missed it! I'm much happier! Now, I'm wondering is coffee really bad? It has a bad rep, but really?? What do everyone think? Coffee lovers speak up!!
