Mom of three losing the extra lbs I have been carrying around FOREVER! My baby is 10, I cant blame them anymore. I have always struggled with emotional eating, borderline eating disorders...which lead to poor self image and weight gain and loss at a rapid pace.


I have a strong, (athletic at one time) build so I can lose weight fast, but my overall body is larger than the average woman because of my height and bone structure. (Thanks Dad...)

So yeah, 40 lbs! This I can do!

confused on the RDI thingy
The RDI is the recommended daily calories. That is the amount you would burn by sleeping and staying stationary all day. The way I have been doing it is to try to keep my calories just under the RDI so I am not hungry and my bod is getting enough calories to not go into starvation mode. Then I drink lots of water, tea and workout/walk/bike/play with the kids...whatever. I take the estimated calories burned away from my RDI and that is the net calories. As long as the net is lower than the RDI you are losin!!! Smile Best o luck to you!
