Advice welcome
Try not to exceed 100 grams off sugar a day... I keep it 70 grams and under and it works for me......... try to avoid too much bananas.... I was putting a whole banana in my protein shake and after I went to my nutritionist she opened my eyes and fatsecret proved it to be too much sugar and a lot calories, so I cut it to half banana a day. I was also eating too many almonds...same thing....but almonds dont have sugar... Now on the water I do get kind bored of just water so I make big quanity of Green Tea and drink Green Tea all day... (it helps metabolism too they say...)

Weighing frequency?
When I hit a plateau.... I usually try to change a routine of what i eat...invent healthy food etc.... I measure everyday without recording just to see whats working.......I also noticed stress plateaus me a lot but I get on treadmill let it go away......

Advice welcome
My recommendations are...yes protein, definitely more protein but I also recommend to take is less sugars...... some I see you should get rid of and you will see a difference right away is ..do not drink any juices from stores they have too much sugars bad sugars and they are hard to burn or use before getting to fat..... homemade are ok but not too much....fruit is good but they carry sugars too..good sugars but too much is bad... you should add a little resistance to your exercises (weight lifting but not more than you can handle) and the karate and will boost your weight lost...
