Are you tracking everything that you are eating? If so you are not eating enough. Your calories need to be around 1500-1800 a day. Its ok to have a deficit, but that is way too much. Also keep your carbs at or around 20grms, most of these coming from foundation veggies. Hope that helps you out some. Keep us posted on your progress!

I stalled for a few weeks in the weight loss department but kept losing inches. I was guessing at my carb intake. I found this site and it reavealed that my problem was too many calories and carbs. I followed everything I was eating for a week and actually lost the following week. You will have ups and downs. It doesn't mean you are not doing the right thing. Try using your clothes as a gauge. If you have something you haven't worn in a while try it on ans see if you see a difference. There are changes going on in your body that you may not be aware of. Keep going we are here for you.

I don't think you eating enough. Your body will hold onto weight if you don't eat more. It isn't the creamer in your coffee or sugar.

sometimes things have sugar and we might over look it thinking it's sugar free. Be sure to read all ingredients and count all servings. Also too much protein turns into sugar and make sure your serving size's are actually right. We might over look at how much salad we actually have on our plates. Might look like one cup of greens and after measuring turns out to be three cups! The bars can actually slow you down. Hope this helps.
