Hi! I'm Amanda... I'm 22, in college, majoring in Engineering. I haven't actually gotten too far considering I started last semester and only took 6 hours... This semester I am taking 13, so I am pretty psyched about it. I don't get out much, but I am in a bowling league that is every other saturday. That is pretty fun, but I hope to start exercising more soon. Also, when it gets warmer, I plan on taking my two dogs out on walks... Hopefully by then, I will have lost some weight and keep up... They are rambunctious lab mixes... Anyways, I guess thats all I have for now!

Trying to figure out how to make Chobani's yogurt taste better.
Yes, I decided to try the black cherry one and it was gross... I guess I have different taste buds than my mom, because she recommended them to me. I like yogurt, dont get me wrong, but it may be the texture as well as the flavor of the greek yogurt... Any help is appreciated... Main reason Im not throwing them out is because Im on a budget of 40 a week for food, and since its just me, I am trying to make every penny count, and be healthy and full.. Biggest thing there, FULL!

Question about Dancing-Fast Step
Hey,

Just wondering what type of activities that you all do for the so called aerobic dancing. I have tried Zumba sections.. WOW, that is fun, yet my calves are actually sore, nothing else though. I am looking for one that can do more on my thighs, butt, stomach, and love handles... Is there any dance routines that target those areas? I am looking for some actual reviews, rather than the advertising stuff that I find when I google...

Music ideas to work out to.
Ok, so one of the ways that I not only use to work out but relieve stress is to dance... Think jumping up and down, and shuffling, and other club dancing...

So I was wondering what kind of music in the genres of techno, hip hop, electronic, house, pop, etc that people could recommend........ Actually really I could use some cool rock songs to work out too when I start doing circuit training.. But since I am just doing dancing around the house (Looking Silly Too Very Happy) fun music is first..

Right now, I have on my list:

HELP! I need telling off before I ruin today :(
I found out that if I snack, its because I am not eating any kind of filling meal except for perhaps dinner. I do like random snacks, however, ESPECIALLY during that time... But it shouldn't hurt that much if you are not doing it everyday...
