Question about Dancing-Fast Step

Hey,

Just wondering what type of activities that you all do for the so called aerobic dancing. I have tried Zumba sections.. WOW, that is fun, yet my calves are actually sore, nothing else though. I am looking for one that can do more on my thighs, butt, stomach, and love handles... Is there any dance routines that target those areas? I am looking for some actual reviews, rather than the advertising stuff that I find when I google...

That said, you could probably find some belly dancing or something of the sort to work your core. There were some really good zumbas that worked belly and thighs...you just have to take the time to watch through them and then find the ones that would benefit you. I have found that I don't like the ones that aren't to specific newer songs that I know. Seems like that makes it more fun to do?! good luck, let me know what you find out!

Try Hip Hop Abs or other similar dance workout. They work legs, buns and stomach, plus you are dancing, so it's fun!
