High Intensity Interval Training
The Firm has a new workout called The Firm Express which consists of doing 20 minutes of high intensity interval training three times a week. I've heard different reviews on interval workouts. Has anyone any form of interval training, does it work, and is 20 minutes every three days not enough cardio? Thanks
