I did a challenge last week to do 30 minutes of cardio every day for the entire week. This week, I'm doing a challenge to post photos of everything I eat. I guess both of those have helped me get back to my normal weight. I also know that weight fluctuates, and since I'm in maintenance, it could easily go up another pound or so next time I weight. That's why I have a range.

Weighed myself yesterday, stepped off the scale, weighed myself again. It's the same scale I always weigh myself on, but losing all 3 pounds in a week seems a little fast. I mean, I'e gotten back to my normal eating habits (and have been so busy at work that I've haven't eaten as much as usual due to not having time), and I have added in some extra workouts, but dang. It may have been a low point, and I expect my weight to fluctuate as usual, but I'll take it!

I knew my weight was going to go up. I've been in Italy! I ate what I wanted, no regrets. Back in Texas now. Did 30 minutes on the elliptical yesterday and a 90-minute Orangetheory class today. Work is going to be crazy now that I'm back, but I'm going to try to work in workouts where I can, and get back into my maintenance range (114-118 lbs, so not far out of it).
