Urgh. Still have PT. Was hoping today would be my last day, but my foot is being stubborn! I just can't rid of this last little bit of the limp (but he did confirm that it is because my foot is still not at 100% - it's not just a mental thing). So, will continue going, and hope that I only have 1-2 more sessions.

The decrease in weight is due to weighing at my normal time (I weighed in the evening, after dinner, last time) plus loss of muscle due to my foot fiasco.
Still in PT, working on building up muscle. Hoping that over the next month or two, my weight goes back up to normal (116ish). We'll see! I can now swim for cardio, and do some exercises (as specified by PT) to start building up strength, in hip, butt, ankle, calf, and thigh.

I made it to the gym! First time since I injured my foot over 2 months ago. That’s the scale I use, too. For the first time since my injury, I got a workout in. 15 minutes on the elliptical, some upper body exercises, then finished with some exercises in the pool. Yay!

I've upgraded to a cane! Still need the scooter for longer distances (like to and from my car at work), but around the house or work, walking with a cane. It's not graceful, I sometimes forget and protect my foot too much, but it's a step (literally, in this case) in the right direction.

Had my first PT session today, and heck that HURT! So, basically - didn't break anything in my foot, nothing torn, but I moved all the bones in my foot totally out of whack. Locked everything up, too, so I couldn't move my foot at all. He started working on it, and made some progress. By the end of the session, I was able to put some weight on my foot, for a short amount of time. More than I've been able to do so far. More PT coming up. Goal is to walk wtih a cane by the end of next week. I will, of course, have a few weeks of PT before I am okay-ish again. Won't be fully healed until probably end of this year (before I can attempt running and jumping...). But, maybe early May, I can start working out again! And be able to walk without a limp. No heels for awhile, either. Finally making progress, though (right now, my foot is hurting more than usual, though, so just having to keep telling myself it's better in the long run).
7 weeks to the day since I injured my foot, and finally seeing that there is light at the end of the tunnel.
