I packed on the pounds when I went back to college and earned a teaching degree. Now that I'm teaching it’s easy to maintain my weight during the school year, but I really have to work at it during the summer while I'm off.
I'm not interested in getting super slim, and I'm not interested in losing weight at a fast rate. I just want to lose slowly and be healthier. My biggest hurdle is exercising. I’ve never exercised regularly for any significant length of time.
