SO I had 3 kids in 5 years and while I thought I did fairly well with each pregnancy... I want my body back!!! I am almost there. I have had issues with eating disorders in the past so my greatest concern now will be to maintain a healthy weight without going too far underweight.
I work 40 hours a week with eye doctors scheduling procedures. My children keep me on my feet. My 5 year old is graduating from kindergarten and my near 3 yr old and one year old go to daycare in another town so my days fly by (i spend 2 hours just driving!). Little time for exercise but I get in 20 minute walks on my lunch. I eat what I can when I can but some days I find little time. Protein bars are starting to fill the empty gaps...
Looking to maintain my weight while staying healthy... not sure how to do that yet!
