I'm 36 years old. I used to be an athelete back in my school days and back then I was always fit. By the time I started working, I had very little time for any kind of sporting activity. In addition to that there was always the weekend parties that added to my intake. My weight started increasing exponentially. I also got associated health problems like increase in my cholestrol levels because of all the fatty food intake and little exercise. I decided that enough was enough and joined the gym. I lost a few lbs after that. I still have some way to go and I'm quite sure that FS will help me get there. I have the faith. I will get there
