Guidelines:
On Friday, walk only for about 45 minutes. On Saturday, do a 4 or more mile run at an easy/moderate pace. It is important to get your weekly LONG run to build endurance.

I remember my first actual run like it was yesterday (it was four years ago)--my trainer made me run around the BLOCK and I thought I would drop dead right there LOL. Glad you are doing well!
