I'm apparently getting too focused on my daily running that I'm missing out critical time with my family on week days. Need to find a way to balance family time with running time.. :( Time to re-plan my running schedule. 6.6 Km in 36 mins today. Still quite a bit away from my dream run of 10 k in 50 min.

Cut 2 mins of my 5 K run timing in 2 months. Today 27:40 my best in a very long time. In another 2 months target my target is 27:00. I'll need to check this journal to keep myself motivated to do it.
