I am a 45 yr. old woman living the good life in a little tiny town in Southern New Mexico. I have a wonderful husband, Bill, who supports me wholeheartedly in eating healthy and loves me all the time regardless of the fact that I weighed 40+ pounds less than my current 169 when I met him 11 years ago. I have no intention of trying to get back to that weight, but would happily settle for 145 and/or a comfy size 10 jeans, whichever comes first.
I bake all summer for the Farmer's market here and have no thoughts of stopping. I strive to make desserts that one needn't feel guilty of eating but its not an easy task. Winter has been a time of cutting back on sweets and is going fairly well. I've lost 19 pounds since August and weigh less than I have for 8 years. So I'm really happy with that. 24 more to go.
My sisters are on here with me and i love them dearly for it.
I work for a little spa hotel so that's why I have so many housework hours logged each week. Real exercise is walking to work and back.
