I am a 50 yr. old woman living the good life in a little tiny town in Southern New Mexico. I have a wonderful husband, Bill, who supports me wholeheartedly in eating healthy and loves me all the time regardless of the fact that I weighed 40+ pounds less than my current 177 when I met him 16 years ago. I have no intention of trying to get back to that weight, but would happily settle for 159 and/or a comfy size 10 jeans, whichever comes first.

My sisters are on here with me and i love them dearly for it.

I'm grateful for all of your input. Cheers to being healthy again!
