now I am stunned. I made it through the weekend, calculated everything, even chose higher calorie counts on soem fod items to ensure I stayed under my goals and did pretty dang well, even with entertaining and such. Today, enjoyed a 2 slice real bacon sandwich w/ real white cheddar, just measured everything and ahd a lower calorie bacon. Plenty of flavor, felt like my normal food, and I am satisfied. Stayed home due to weather, got a quick walk in from the bank to the accountant today, even in the freezing weather. Have already planned tonights meal, even w/ more company coming through! and, I will come in under my calorie goal, w/ mexican food. Making ground turkey breast for me, w low card tortilla, low fat shredded cheese, veggies, and sauteed spinache. Salsa and guac...skipping the sour creasm, but would use greek yogurt if I were eating it. Am thinking of going to workout at 8. hatelate night work outs but may go anyway.
