I'm becoming quite the little gourmet cook. Tonight's dinner 222 calories, 9 carbs, 25 protein. Broccoli with dry fried liver sprinkled with onions and deviled eggs.

WHEW! Broke the 243 mark!!!! Seems forever although it was only a few days...I'll probably stay in the 242 range for a few days up and down...hopefully won't go up to the 243 range...then 241...Easy on...long time and hard to come off.

Whole Wheat Elbow Macaroni Salad with Tuna and Spinach with boiled egg. Trying for low Calorie lunch. I think I failed.
Whole Wheat Macaroni salad with Tuna (1 cup dry Elbow macaroni, 1 small can Tuna packed in Vegetable oil, 2 hard boiled large eggs, 1/4 cup chopped onion, 4 TBS of Lite Mayonaise) Nutrition value per 1 cup serving Calories 262 Carbs 34 (g) Sugar 4.4 (g) Fiber 6 (g) Protein 12.86 (g)
Spinach with scrambled Egg (2 cup frozen spinach, 2 scrambled eggs Nutrition value per 1 cup serving Calories 210 Carbs 4 (g) Sugar 2 (g) Fiber 1(g) Protein 14 (g)
total Calories 472, carbs 38, Sugar 6.4, Fiber 7, Protein 26.86
These are my own calculations looking up each individual item and doing the math to get 1 serving.
Fat 26.18 (based on closest product listed in the foods on FatSecret) FS calculations are 27.18 Cal. 505, Carbs 36.50 Sugar 4.45 Fiber 3.1, Protein 26.51

Aoril 23: Weight only went up 2 ounces this morning...that's good. My blood sugar was also up to 128. I'm reviewing what I ate yesterday to see what may be effecting it. I had a few more carbs than I wanted, not sure if that did it. I have a difficult time finding low or no carb things. I did have more protein than I was shooting for yesterday. Also, I am having a difficult time with Fiber. I only got 2.8 grams yesterday. When I go to the store again going to get more greens to incorporate in our diet. We love turnip and mustard greens...and canned or frozen will last longer than fresh so I will probably buy some more of those.

April 22: I did this for 27 seconds this morning!!! Now this hurt...lol. (Not sit ups...just held it. This is not me either and I realized she was propping on her hands (she was doing sit ups) I didn't use my hands, I let my stomach muscle hold my upper body and legs up.
