Aoril 23: Weight only went up 2 ounces this morning...that's good. My blood sugar was also up to 128. I'm reviewing what I ate yesterday to see what may be effecting it. I had a few more carbs than I wanted, not sure if that did it. I have a difficult time finding low or no carb things. I did have more protein than I was shooting for yesterday. Also, I am having a difficult time with Fiber. I only got 2.8 grams yesterday. When I go to the store again going to get more greens to incorporate in our diet. We love turnip and mustard greens...and canned or frozen will last longer than fresh so I will probably buy some more of those.
243.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 93.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I stick to meat, veggies, and dairy. Some woman don't do well with dairy because of the milk sugar. Bread, pasta, rice, & potatoes will kill your diet.

I love milk, even though it makes me cough. We are going to get 1% when we go to the store...we were drinking 2$. Decided this morning no more white bread...haven't had potatoes since starting the diet except for sweet potatoes, 1 small round one. Won't be eating anymore rice...it wasn't white rice it was long grain brown rice...thought it might be better...we have loads of it here. Our pastas are Whole wheat...we bought that thinking it would be better for us.
