I'm 26 years old. I'm a wife and a mom of 3. I'm a stay at home mom, which I believe is the reason for my weight gain b/c I tend to pick all day and go to fast food places with the kids like Dunkin or McDonalds. Being a little over 5ft-2in, when I gain weight, It shows. Oh and I'm bottom heavy-- so it all goes straight to me A**! Ughh
I had my 3rd baby via csection at the end of June 2012. After being cleared by the doctor 8weeks later, I am in the gym at least 5days a week. I have a schedule down that its easiest for me to go to the gym in the a.m for an hour. The lbs are finally starting to drop.
First Goal weight is to get below 140.
2nd Goal 135
**LAST GOAL** 120 ! I would be happier than a seagull with a french fry if i could get down to 120 again. 20lbs to go! Lets GO!
