I'm 23 years old and have hit a slump. I'm trying to get back to my original size but it has been difficult. Hoping this program will help me monitor my eating and motivate me as well. I'm not a big fan of dieting but I do want to portion my meals and choose healthier snacks/meals. I often go out and drink, which is a huge no-no and I really need to manage my alcohol intake. I don't carry my weight well being 5'1 and it doesn't help that I am in a awesome but comfortable relationship. I've always had a flat stomach up until 5 months ago and I've always had larger hips, butt and thighs. I need the motivation to stick with a good plan that works for me. I have a supportive boyfriend and he tries doing the same stuff I do, so no more excuses for me. :)
