Sick and tired of my clothes not fitting. I refuse to go buy some more fat clothes so here I go.
I go to the beach the first week in June. I would like to see the scales go down instead of up.
I will complete the 20 miles in May. Plus play my normal tennis twice a week.
Any fat secret buddies who want to encourage me I will reciporcate

Smile i'm happy I have stayed on track with this new 4 hour body program all week. I am looking forward to my cheatday Saturday though. I can't wait too wiegh in.

the exercise on Fat Smart
The resting and sleep figures under exercise seem high to me when I post my exercise. Where do these figures come from and is there some way I can change them to be realistic?
Also does anyone know how to post my daily fiber intake? I am new to Fat Secret but I am loving it. Question
