Any new exercise ideas?
I read your messages and I feel lost! I am able to walk for a little over 15 minutes. The rest of the time I'm in a wheelchair. I do crunches and a few other exercises like leg lifts. A total of 10 minutes, maybe. It wipes me out then I get back in my motorized wheelchair. I burn more calories taking a nap! Anybody have suggestions?

Oh, yeah, I do video exercises: Chair Dancing Sit Down and Tone Up once or twice a week. I'm going to start on Richard Simmons Sit Tight.

Healthy Choice, Smart Ones, and Lean Cuisine are rip offs!
Since I'm handicapped and have to eat salt (yuck), I eat the frozen dinners like lean cuisine, etc. I even have to add salt to them. In winter, it's safe for me to fix. Now it's spring and soon to be summer. I eat salads about every other day. I don't miss the hot meals.

Cheese or Chocolate?
Ever had chocolate cheese? Got it at an Amish store.

I love cheese and eat it at least three times a week on pizza. My husband uses it on the pizza he makes so it holds the vegetables together!

water weight gain??? :(
Don't worry about water weight gain - or increase muscle - for a natural reason! I have to eat salt to keep my b.p. up and so am dealing with water weight in that way. I don't worry about it. Just so I'm losing either some weight or especially inches! As for muscle, yes, it weighs more at first, but it will even out. )Unless you're working at building massive muscles.) Keep moving so the water doesn't settle in your ankles or knees! Your water weight will go away, anyway!
