Hi, I'm Jess. I've always gone up and down in weight. I followed every diet. I finally got tired of having so little energy. I started working out a year ago and eating right. If you can see my weight chart, you can see there have been a couple of hiccups, but that line is still going down. The weight is finally staying off and that's more important to me than how fast it's coming off. I don't follow a diet, I just eat sensibly and work out. This has been one of the best things I've ever done for myself. I'm sure people get tired of me talking about working out, but it's important to me. I've been visiting this site more often to give my friends and family a break.
