I am a 24 year old wife and mother of one. I have always had weight issues since I was 9 and havent been able to stick to a diet or "life style" change long enough to get my goal weight.

At the moment my first goal is to fit nicley into my bridesmaid dress for great friends upcoming wedding in December. I can do it up, but wont have the luxury of sitting down unless I loose some weight.
I have already made some progress and the scales are going down.

I am taking a no to very minimal carbs approach diet, drink lots of green tea and eating fruit for lunch, with a high protein dinner.

I have a question for everyone.
Having a goal, a target I must reach by a certain time or else face humiliation. I had to loose weight to fit into a bridesmaid dress, becuase the bride was counting on me, I couldn't let her down. I can let my self down though. That goal is what has kept me exercising and calorie counting. Now my new goal is to reach 90kgs bymid Jan to Feb. So doable.

Ok I know, I am doing really bad, horrible infact. I have decided to go back to diet of fruit for lunch and NO MORE CARBS after lunch time.
