12 oz of water today, and banana for fruit. Got my exercise at work doing some heavy lifting. Ugh. Went waaay over in calories. Didn't even keep track. Wasn't feeling very well and just decided halfway through the day I didn't want to feel crappy AND hungry. That being said, it's back to the grind tomorrow. Can't afford more than one day a week of that and I've had 1 1/2. Determined to be better! :)

Back on track after messing up last night. Really starting to like making smoothies and starting to experiment a little. Seems like an easy healthy way to get fruits and veggies :) The only fruit I had today was in my smoothie with dinner, but I'm happy with that. Happy to be back on track with my calories, proving to myself that slipping doesn't mean falling off the wagon entirely :)

20 minutes of walking and tons of fruit today. Had an apple and banana plus a smoothie. Got my 8 oz of water too. Not happy that I went over in calories. Ate a lot of snacky candy at work and forgot to add some of it in when I was calculating what I had for the rest of the night. Not too far over though, and I'll try again tomorrow.
P.S. Walking while reading a book makes the time go by so fast! Plus it makes you feel like Belle from Beauty and the Beast... Or maybe that's a bad thing. Lol.

Did a lot of walking at work today. Pedometer said 14,463! Still set aside my 5 minutes too :) Drank 12oz of water but only got 1 fruit via smoothie (P.S. am I the only one that never thought of using oranges as a base? Yummy!). Feeling good about sticking with it :)
