Back on track after messing up last night. Really starting to like making smoothies and starting to experiment a little. Seems like an easy healthy way to get fruits and veggies :) The only fruit I had today was in my smoothie with dinner, but I'm happy with that. Happy to be back on track with my calories, proving to myself that slipping doesn't mean falling off the wagon entirely :)
