So, doing really badly with entering my food and staying under 1500 calories. Also not good with doing my journal entires. Last week was just hectic and got away from me. I've still hit my minimums every day except last Thursday I forgot my veggie :/

I knew last week was a bad week! Hopefully gaining again is the wake up I need to plan better and keep my calories lower. It's a new week and a new day. I'm determined to be a healthier person who makes wiser food choices! :)

I really need to stop staying up so late. I get tired and suddenly everything in the kitchen is irresistible. Not a good feeling to look at the calendar and see how many times I've gone over my calories for the day. Last night was really bad! I have been sticking with the challenge though, drank 24oz of water and had an apple and green beans. Walked for my exercise.
I'm glad I've started doing journal entries, I think it's helped me to realize how bad my nighttime cravings are. Today in general was bad though, I think the only healthy food I ate was challenge food.
Well, tomorrow is another day and I'm determined (yet again) to meet my calorie goals. Can't have the scale numbers going up now, I've finally started to lose again :)

Grr... Didn't have my computer until after dinner today so I did a lot of estimating calories. Not a good feeling when I realized I'd gone over already! Caved at lunch and got pudding. Definitely shouldn't have done that. It seems like it's my sweet tooth that gets me in trouble.
On a better note, stopped at the store and got canned and frozen fruit on sale. Bought a huge can of mandarin oranges and divided it up into cups and put them in the freezer. It's a sweet snack that takes a while to eat. Also made yogurt covered berries for the same reason. Got to get my sweet tooth craving healthier stuff! Frozen cherries are delicious :)
Anyway, another day of calorie battling. Got my water, fruit and veggie in though. Now just waiting for the bf so we can go on our walk. Even though I'm messing up my calories I'm determined to follow the challenge and get healthy!

Back on the wagon! Had a bad weekend calorie-wise, as in I ate pretty much whatever I felt like. I noticed it happened in the evening/night that I just gave up counting so next weekend I'm going to try to go to bed earlier. Went on a walk with the bf today and yesterday. I think my focus is starting to affect him, usually it's a fight to get him to walk with me after work but he's totally motivated. Hopefully we keep each other going :) Got my 16 oz today with my camelback water bottle. Water is easier to drink through a straw! Lol. Had my veggie with dinner and another in my fruit smoothie. Loving the smoothies!
