12 oz of water today, and banana for fruit. Got my exercise at work doing some heavy lifting. Ugh. Went waaay over in calories. Didn't even keep track. Wasn't feeling very well and just decided halfway through the day I didn't want to feel crappy AND hungry. That being said, it's back to the grind tomorrow. Can't afford more than one day a week of that and I've had 1 1/2. Determined to be better! :)
