Greetings from Ohio! I'm a proud mother of 2 children (ages 20 & 16) and the proud grandmother of a beautiful 19 month old little girl (plus I just found out 1 1/2 wks. ago, I'm going to be a grandma again!).
About 4 years ago (after my husband left), I started losing weight. My losing started out as stress related, after a week of not eating anything, I thought this is crazy! I had noticed that I lost some weight, so I weighed myself and then thought "hey!, I can keep up this weight loss, but do it in a healthy way!"! Well, it took just a little over a year, but I did lose 128 lbs.! But, due to my own fault, over the last couple of years, I packed back on 58 lbs. of what I had lost.
After not being happy with the way I look in my 'going out' clothes, I finally decided to do something about it! I was surfing the internet for low-carb recipes and came upon this site. I'm really glad I found it and I wish everyone the best of luck!
