Turkey Sausage Patties

Great for breakfast or a quick snack on the go.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Combine turkey and dry spices in large bowl. Mix together thoroughly.
  2. Add chicken broth, mixing well. Let stand 15-20 minutes.
  3. Form turkey into 8 patties, approx. 3/4" thick.
  4. Cook patties in non-stick skillet over medium heat, about 7-8 minutes on each side, or until thoroughly cooked.

This is a great way to give ground turkey some kick.
I think this is a great choice for weight watchers, I have tried the turkey susage, and they are pretty good.

I was just at the grocery store and if you were to buy turkey sausage the calories were extremely high and so was the fat content -- so this is good to see!

Perfect for when I buy the cheap ground turkey, but not the no sugar, no nitrate sausage!

It definitely made bland turkey very tasty. I will make this again for sure. I might use a little less broth though...I felt they were too wet when I shaped the patties.
