Does this sound strange?

It's only way too much fat if it's saturated and/or trans fat. Those are the two you don't want. Mono- and poly-unsaturated fats are pretty much fine, and 60 to 75 grams per day sounds pretty normal. That translates to 540 to 675 calories per day from fat. Unless you're below 1200 calories per day, that's not an obviously imbalanced percentage of your total energy.

Saturated fat (from sources like meat, butter, etc) is good for you. Poly-unsaturated fat is bad bad bad!
Eat as much fat as you want from natural sources, watch your ratio of omega 6 to omega 3 (chicken is high in omega 6 so don't eat it *too* often, as is olive oil).

Use coconut oil to cook with, use butter liberally, and eat lots of meat. You'll lose the weight faster than you thought possible! The food pyramid is indeed upsidedown.

Why? Why do I have trouble with food?
Hey I'm in the same boat, I was ridiculously overweight in school but one summer (without even trying) I lost a lot of weight because I was very active and wasn't eating a lot. I was ~160 and I could wear size 10's which is the smallest I've ever been. But I got a new job that required me to sit all day and slowly gained it all back. I started this journey at 206. It's hard.

Don't feel discouraged, we're all here with you and you're beautiful!

Does anyone know why I am not losing weight anymore?
Panther - in my experience as a girl, boys can lose weight eating trash, but we have a lot more difficulty. Just because you can eat processed food does not mean that others can and still succeed. Eliminating sugar is an easy thing to do and saves you lots of calories with little effort.

Remember if you're working out hard you have to eat more to compensate so your body doesn't eat your muscles instead of your fat. Keep that in mind, best of luck.

Replace the sugar with something else, pepsi, in your coffee, elsewhere. Either cut it out completely or switch to artificial sweetners. From your diet calendar it doesn't look like you're eating many calories (900 is not a lot) no matter what your goal, your body will not function without food. You need to eat REAL food - lean meat, veggies - the kind you cook yourself, not the kind out of a package or from a restaurant.

Mayonnaise
Olive Oil mayo is definitely really strong.

Did you know you can MAKE YOUR OWN MAYO?! It's easy - get an egg yolk and a cup of oil (I suggest using something lighter tasting, not olive oil). You'll need a hand mixer - mix up the egg yolk till it's a bit foamy then slowly add the oil as you mix. Whip whip whip until it looks like mayo. Add about 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar, some salt, and other spices (try curry mayo!!!) Refrigerate it in a jar or something, should keep for about a week+
