Hey. im 23. I live in Australia.
WAS 104kg! last year but lost 8kg before joining fat secret on January 1st 2012 at 95.9kg.
I've recently had my heart broken. :(
I love fashion but who would know cause i can't fit most of the clothes (or they're unflattering).
183cm tall (6foot). Female.
I struggle with compulsive binge eating. im an EXTREMELY emotional eater. When it happens I literally eat until i feel im about to vomit, and then as soon as that feeling passes I eat again.
I am an all or nothing person. and this is hard because when i am bad, its a constant cycle of binging, but when im good i am perfect and eat really good and exercise alot. I frustrate myself so much!
would love as much support as possible :)
It kills me to have to re-do these goals after putting on weight... but here goes:
Goal 1: 89.0 Under 90!
Goal 2: 86 lost 10 (again)
REWARD = getting hair done
Goal 3: under 85
REWARD = get teeth whitened
Goal 4: 82.8 Officially in healthy BMI
Goal 5: 81.9 lIGHTEST WEIGHT EVER
Goal 6: 79.9 under 80! OMG
Goal 7: 76.4 same weight as 19yr old sister (same height as me)
REWARD = buy jeans
Goal 8: 75.9 - will have lost 20 kg in 2012 (28 all up)
REWARD = get personal trainer
Goal 9: under 75!!!
REWARD = NEW WARDROBE! start buying new EVERYTHING!
BUY DREAM OUTFIT = a cute short playsuit/jumpsuit (love them)
Goal 10: 74.0 - will have officially lost 30kg from my heaviest
REWARD = new lingerie, buy 2nd dream outfit- High Waisted demin shorts
Goal 11: 72.9 ULIMATE GOAL WEIGHT OF 72.8 WHICH IS EXACTLY IN THE MIDDLE OF MY HEALTH BMI :) tone up for some new bathers!!
