Hi, my name is Becky. I'm 31 years old, 6'3 and currently 295lbs. About 5 years ago I went on Atkins and started walking for exercise. It took me around 18 months to lose 150lbs going from 340lbs down to 190lbs. But over the past 5 years the weight has slowly crept back on and I'm determined to lose it again and keep it off. I am an IT professional and typically work long hours sitting at a desk so I'm trying to make a point to get up and move around more often. I love to cook and enjoy reinventing recipes to make them healthier. At the time I started Atkins, George Stella inspired me with his show on the Food Network and his cookbooks. My goal is to make better food choices and be more mindful of what I'm eating and develop more willpower.
