South Beach diet.
Hello everyone. I am new to this site but not new to fitness. Just been on a bit of a hiatus (busy with ill husband).
I am back to taking better care of myself: South Beach Diet and fitness everyday.
It works for me. I feel hydrated with this approach. Also, taking the H2O challenge. 64 oz seems like a lot but it really isn't. Also, I weigh in once a week: Tues early morning. Looking forward to Tues.
