French Canadian living in Quebec Province,71 y.o. I like to cook, to sew, read and dance. I have a cocker spaniel that I walk off and on. I don't exercise enough though.
Since January 2018, I went from 150lbs to 132 today. I'm 5' only so to take care of my health and my appearance, it was important for me to lose weight but slowly.

I let myself go and am now up at 142!

I'm aiming to be 135 at the end of 2023.

Not very hapy with myself right now.
I'm not doing most of what I should right now. Feel it's more difficult to keep in the calories intake I should and want to. But I know this is temporary. I'll get back on track soon, I'm decided.

I cannot be to harsh to myself as I've already lost 20 pounds by taking my time and having some little relapses off and on. Therefore, dear me, I'll continue, I'll brace myself and will succeed. I only need to go to 125lbs and I'm at 133 right now.
