I am a 43 year old wife and mother to 7 children. I began exercising and dieting in May 2012 when I weighed 162 lbs. My goal is to weigh 135 lbs which is what I weighed before I became pregnant with my first child. I am also trying to exercise daily so I can be a healthy and happy mother to my children.

Met pedometer goals yesterday and today (10,000 steps). Walked about an hour and a half both days.
