Made it through yesterday with a few problems. Carbs were OK, but I had ratio problems with fat and protein. Started today on the right track, so hopefully a little easier keeping things in line.

Missing breakfast really screwed up my ratio for the day. I'm way under calories, not that hungry and my fat intake was way too low. Won't do that again tomorrow.

Not hungry at all this morning. Gonna have a coffee and skip the eggs. I know I need to eat, but forcing myself doesen't seem right. I'll be ready for lunch today.
