Weight stuck for a day at 188. I'm tasting ketosis, so weight should continue to go down. I have a feeling today will be a tough day, so it's good that I prepared lunch last night.

Had the heavy no-carb fog hanging over my head yesterday. Foggy and tired. Should clear up in another day or two. Had a stare down with a bag of chips as well. I won.

As usual, having trouble getting lots of calories, but the ratio of carbs/protein/fat looks good. Don't want to eat when I'm full.

Last year, I did 2 weeks of induction and lost about 15 lbs. I spent the remainder of the year watching my diet, but not strictly following the rules. Over the year, only 5 lbs found their way back. I'm going to do another 2 weeks of induction and re-learn the behaviour that will keep me losing through 2012.
