I have had some big changes in my life over the last two years but now everything has settled down (hopefully). I had started a work out program four years ago and lost nearly 40 pounds but gained 20 of it back and now I am finally ready to recommit to living a healthier lifestyle.
Fortunately, I have several friends in my corner to push me along. That will be a huge motivator for me.
I try to work out 5 to 6 days a week at a gym and I also do some workouts at my home. Biggest problem - - I AM A JUNK FOOD JUNKIE! I somedays would kill for a McDonald's hamburger so I have to really work on watching my eating habits.
