I'm 53, 5'2" and want to get down to about 125 I think. I work in IT so I'm at a desk all day, but I do get out to walk my dog for an hour about 3-4 times a week. I am on the Insulin Resistance diet for my hypoglycemia and weight issues. Married, 3 kids (1 in college, 2 high schoolers).
