I separated from my husband in June. I gave up alcohol in June also, and I have lost over 6 pounds just from not drinking alcohol, eating less, and doing more physical work outside.

Making a new effort today. Spent the month of April eating anything and everything, and am back up to my starting point! Plus, I've been eating wheat without any restraint, and I am back in the Pain Palace. Finally, this morning was the last straw. After a particularly bad night, I woke up in excruciating pain, fat, sick, and ready to get myself back on board with what I know works for me! I guess I could feel really bad about myself, but instead I realize I have just learned a really good lesson, and I was only AWOL for a month. It could have been much worse.
