Recently married 24 year old hair stylist, trying to keep off the post-wedding weight and make better food decisions. Finding that the hardest part of being on such a busy schedule is finding the time for exercise and not eating foods that are just easy. I have a supportive husband who is adopting the more active lifestyle with me.

Foods We're Not Too Proud Of, and Why We Eat them Anyway :)
CHEESE! I swear I could eat only cheese for the rest of my life and be a very happy, fat, constipated woman!

Lets get on a POSITIVE NOTE!! :]
Do not be too moral. You may cheat yourself out of much life. Aim above morality. Be not simply good; be good for something.

"I think Pringles' initial intention was to make tennis balls. But on the day that the rubber was supposed to show up, a big truckload of potatoes arrived. But Pringles is a laid-back company. They said "F*ck it. Cut em up."

better to eat b4 workout or after
Both. Before your workout, you should be eating something like a whole grain waffle with peanut butter on it (has carbs and protein so you have the energy to put in a good work out). After you have finished, you should be eating something WITHIN 15 MINUTES. This needs to have lots of protein to help your muscles heal and sugars to replace what you lost in sweat. This could be something as easy as a glass of chocolate milk or brown rice pudding with banana. Hope this helps

Greek Yogurt....
I love chobani! It is made from milk from cows not treated with growth hormones, no HFCS, and at Sam's Club for under $1 a piece Smile All the flavors are great to me, I think my favorite is either peach or blueberry!
